Shipping Options
Your item will be shipped out via one of the following logistics providers:
- DHL Express
- Singapore Post (EMS) (Subject to availability)
Sea Freight options are available for larger shipments that exceed air freight limitations. Kindly ensure that all paperwork and custom documents are prepared before arrival at Destination Port. Our Freight Forwarder is Crystal Freight Services. All shipping terms will be DDU/DAP unless specified otherwise.
Kindly let us know if you wish to use your own carrier/forwarder. Shipping charges will be waived but crating charges may still apply (for items that require wooden crate packing). If you wish to ship with your own forwarder or carrier, your item will be shipped on Ex-works terms.
Tracking number will be provided upon shipping confirmation. Bill of Lading will be provided for sea freight shipments. Insurance will not be purchased unless requested for (additional charges apply).

Packing Charges
- Packing charges are free for all small and medium sized shipments.
- Crating charges will be imposed on items that are bulky, oversized, or sensitive in nature to ensure the safety of the cargo during shipment.

Return Policy
Kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund of up to the item cost (excludes shipping, conditions apply).
