Shipping Options

Sea Freight options are available for larger shipments that exceed air freight limitations. Kindly ensure that all paperwork and custom documents are prepared before arrival at Destination Port.
Kindly let us know if you wish to use your own carrier/forwarder. Shipping charges will be waived but crating charges may still apply.
Tracking number will be provided upon shipping confirmation. Insurance will not be purchased unless requested for (additional charges apply).

Packing Charges
- Packing charges are free for all small and medium sized shipments.
- Crating charges will be imposed on items that are bulky, oversized, or sensitive in nature to ensure the safety of the cargo during shipment.

Cancellation Fees
- A 5% charge will be imposed on any cancellation after payment has been made as PayPal does not return us the initial transaction fee.
Return Policy
Kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund of up to the item cost (excludes shipping, conditions apply).
