CANCELLATION
Can I cancel my order?
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@novusferro.com with your order transaction number.
- If the order is cancelled after payment has been made, a cancellation fee of 4.5% of the order total will be charged.
- If the order has been shipped out already, we will process your refund of the item cost once we receive the item back. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please note that any shipping fees associated with the return will not be covered by us.
RETURNS & REFUND
My item was damaged/faulty/incorrect. Can I get an exchange or refund?
If you received an item that was damaged during delivery, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items to resolve the issue. Kindly inform us if you require additional time for testing and/or inspection prior to your purchase. Approval is subject to our discretion.
You may be eligible for a refund up to the item cost, excluding shipping fees. Do note that you may be required to ship the item back to us at your own cost to be eligible for a refund. All items received must be shipped back to us in their original condition.
If the item can still be used for parts and/or repaired, a partial refund may be processed instead.
Please include the following details in your refund request:
- Image of the package received
- Image of the item(s)
- Order transaction number
- Reason for refund
Items that are sold “For parts or not working” are not eligible for any returns, exchange or refunds.
